  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    At Millheads, we keep things flexible and understand that life happens. We don’t charge for late cancellations, but last-minute changes and no-shows do impact our barbers’ ability to earn a living. We simply ask that you be considerate and cancel at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

    If late cancellations or no-shows become frequent, you may lose online booking privileges and could be refused future appointments at the discretion of our barbers. After two no-shows, we’ll require a payment method on file to book again. A third no-show will result in a charge for the missed service.

    We appreciate your understanding and respect for our barbers’ time.

    LATE POLICY

    If you expect to be more than 10 minutes late, please call the shop directly. Your barber or stylist will determine whether there is still enough time to complete your service or if it will need to be rescheduled.

    Appointment may be automatically cancelled after 15 minutes and considered a no-show, without communication from customer.
